Processing & Shipping
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before shipment. Delivery time after dispatch will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you find that your watch doesn’t meet your expectations or if you change your mind, our return policy is here to guide you through the process. 14‑Day Returns
We accept returns on all watches within 14 days of the date received. To qualify for a refund:

All original packaging must be included.
If the watch shows any damage or signs of wear, a fee may be deducted to cover loss in value.

Custom Order Watches
Fully customized watches or pieces built to your specific requirements are non‑returnable and non‑refundable due to their personalized nature.
12‑Month Warranty
If your watch exhibits a defect, it is covered under our 12‑month warranty for repair or replacement (where eligible). Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item for inspection or service.

Water Damage
Watches damaged by water are not eligible for return, refund, or warranty coverage.
Warranty Information
All components used in your watch are sourced from reputable suppliers and undergo strict testing and quality checks before and during assembly.

Unless otherwise noted, each watch includes a 12‑month warranty covering repair or replacement in the event of a fault, failure, or manufacturing defect. The warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse or improper handling, including:
